ENVIRONMENTALY COMPATIBLE
BIO-SYN EHC Fluid will biodegrade as defined by OECD 301C and CEC method L-33-T-82, easily exceeding 60% biological conversion of CH3 - CH2 molecular groups to CO2 within 7 days. It also passes the existing standards for safe aquatic toxicity, established at a minimum LD50 of 1000ppm, exceeding a minimum LD50 level of 2000ppm concentration over a 96 hour period |

SYSTEM CLEANLINESS
BIO-SYN EHC Fluid is triple filtered down to a 3 micron absolute
minimum. This ensures a significantly cleaner fluid than is currently
available anywhere in the market place, and helps maintain tight dynamic
clearances in expensive servo valves and pumps. This servo level of
cleanliness helps ensure the optimal life of the hydraulic fluid system.

CERTIFIED FIRE RESISTANCE
BIO-SYN EHC Fluid is inherently fire resistant, with a higher flash
point than Phosphate Ester, polyether polol, polyalkylene glycol (PAG) and Polyol Ester Fluids. BIO-SYN EHC Fluid
will not propagate a flame, and will self extinguish upon removal of the
source of ignition. BIO-SYN EHC Fluid is Factory Mutual approved under
the latest SFP protocol and will not create the black, noxious smoke of
typical phosphate esters under combustion. |
